No. As a company, we do not believe in animal testing of any of our products or ingredients used in making them. We purchase all of our ingredients from suppliers that do not commission or conduct tests on animals.
All of our soaps at Infinite Soaps, are made using lye. In a properly produced soap, lye is a raw ingredient that is used to make the soap, but once the soap undergoes saponification there is no unreacted lye left in the soap.
Yes! Glycerin is a natural byproduct of the saponification of the plant based oils we use to make our soaps.
This will vary based on usage. Our soaps cure for a minimum of 4 weeks in order to bring you a nice, hard bar of soap. This helps the bar to last a long time in the shower and not "melt" away. Kept dry between uses your soap will last a long time. All handcrafted soaps should be stored in a well-ventilated area of the shower that receives minimal spray.
Let your soap dry out between uses, by placing your soap on a dish with drainage. You can also use a soap saver!
Yes. Our soaps, body washes, and shampoo bars contain palm oil that is sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms.
The Rainforest Alliance works together with companies, farmers, foresters, communities, and consumers to amplify the voices of farmers and forest communities, improve livelihoods, protect biodiversity, and help people mitigate and adapt to climate change in bold and effective ways.
